Selling your Spanish property

At Sunny Fincas we work very hard to ensure the selling your Spanish property runs smoothly and securely.

We run our business with a pressure free approach, respecting all parties involved. We are happy to visit you, and give advice on what we believe your property is worth, but we do not set the price, you do. There isn’t a right price for any property. Setting the price low will help to sell your home more quickly, a mid price in a reasonable amount of time, and a high price is for someone who is willing to wait for the right buyer.

We can give you our honest professional opinion and provide you with the most current information on similar properties that have sold in the area to help you make an informed decision.

We will take professional photographs, produce a video for larger properties, especially properties with great views, and produce floor plans. We will advertise your property free of charge on our websites, on the websites of our collaborating agents and on international property portals.

What do I need to be able to sell my property?

The documentation that you need to supply is the following:

  • Copia simple of the title deeds.
  • Copy of the Nota simple.
  • Copy of the last IBI bill (that should correspond to the current period).
  • Copies of latest utility bills (water, electricity, telephone…).
  • Copies of the owners NIE numbers.
