This interesting country house, located at only 800m to the nice town of Sax, is accessed through double gates leading into the large terraced area with plenty of space to put tables and chairs.

Entering through the front door is a large lounge/diner with a pellet stove that provide heating for the whole house. Going on the back side you can reach the fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry and a secondary exit to the garden. There are also three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room.
