Country Finca project with water connection, only 3 km. to the typical Spanish town of Caudete

We are pleased to offer this unusual property, which is in need of finishing, but most of the structural work is complete, and with a good roof on the main building. The house itself is partially subterranean, meaning it would stay cool in the summer, and retain heat well in the winter.  

Actually the building is divided in three areas with a fireplace. Outside there is a bathroom with septic tank, as the owner wanted to extend the house and build another bathroom inside.
